Sons of Serendip’s story is only one example of how fate frequently crafts a stunning tapestry in the field of music.

Four friends have set out on a musical adventure that has won many hearts. A string of fortunate circumstances drew them together during their graduate student days at Boston University.

Micah Christian, a former Massachusetts teacher, is the soulful vocalist of the group, infusing each performance with passion and emotion. Cordaro Rodriguez, a former attorney, wears multiple hats as the pianist and guitarist, adding a melodic touch that complements the group’s harmonies. Nathaniel Taylor is an experienced cellist with classical training. He elevates the group’s sound by adding a rich, resonant depth. Mason Morton adds a distinct and ethereal depth to the quartet’s musical tapestry as he showers them with his exquisite harp tones.

The group participated in the ninth season of “America’s Got Talent” in 2014. They were also highlighted in the first season of “America’s Got Talent: The Champions.” They aim to make music that uplifts listeners’ spirits and finds a resonance with them. Sons of Serendip are motivated by a genuine desire to make music that moves listeners, even in the midst of the competition’s glitz and glamour.
