Homecoming at FSU is not just an event; it’s an embodiment of the institution’s rich history and the unparalleled energy of its community. This year’s Homecoming holds particular significance, marking the grand 75th anniversary of this cherished tradition. With guarantees of a sold-out stadium, the festivities kick off on Friday, Oct, 13, and culminate at Doak Stadium on Saturday, October 21st, when the Seminoles take on Duke. It’s the third home sell-out of the season, following thrilling encounters against Virginia Tech and Syracuse.

“This year’s homecoming game is different than others,” Gelin said with a sense of anticipation.

As the FSU community gears up for its annual homecoming festivities, Gelin’s sentiments reflect the buzz and high expectations surrounding the marquee event. The combination of an undefeated season and a formidable opponent in Duke adds an extra layer of excitement and significance to the occasion.
