General Counsel Closes Hardee Case

Hardee received a non-disciplinary employment action and the human resources office reduced her annual leave. Boone was also docked annual leave. His position was terminated on June 30 because of the loss of stimulus funding, officials said.
As a result of the complaint and investigation, Hardee's sister was transferred from the Division of Enterprise Information Technology, which falls under the CFO's office.
Karl White could not be reached for comment.

I hope that this concludes the investigation of Ms. Hardee. Based on my conversations with numerous people, Ms. Hardee is a highly ethical person and would never, ever knowingly do anything that was in violation of university policy. She has done some wonderful things for FAMU and her services to our Alma Mater are greatly appreciated. Let's move on and let Ms. Hardee move on.
