Jontrell Jones is eager to expand his real estate business.
Jones, 25, is a young entrepreneur, businessman and app developer located in Tallahassee. Jones is a Florida State University graduate who hopes to build his own real estate office. Jones has been passionate about pursuing the field for almost seven years.
Born in Chicago, Jones decided to leave home in 2014 to embark on his college journey at Tallahassee Community college. After achieving his associate’s degree, he transferred to FSU.
“My family and children are my biggest motivations. As a father and man I know I want to provide a stable foundation for my family,” he said. “I want to give them something to be proud of and set a good example for them. Also, I have learned that I have a lot of resilience and endurance. No matter what life throws my direction, I will not give up on my goals and dreams,”Jonessaid.
Jones and his mother, Shanae Jones, share a common passion for real estate. Together they encourage, educate and introduce new ideas with one another.
“I had always envisioned Jontrell in entrepreneurship because people normally just gravitated to his personality and energy. His charm alone opened doors to build new relationships, network, and close deals,” Shanae Jones said.
During the summer of 2018, they earned their real estate license in Miami. They decided that partnering n the real estate business was essential for their success.
“I’ve learned that the world is a business and education is important. Knowledge is power. In order for me to achieve my goals, I’ll need to be knowledgeable, an expert in that area and provide credentials,” Jonessaid.
Jones believes it would be significant to relocate to Miami where his mother resides to build the firm from the ground up together.
Miami is known for its extravagant lifestyle and beaches. They want to maintain high percentages in their real estate homes and condos.
Jones has made numerous connections in Miami for his future endeavors. Shawn Matthews is a licensed Realtor in Miami. Matthews and Jones have been collaborating on a project that is set to release in 2021.
“Jontrell is a hard worker and team player. The app we are creating is quickly accessible, modern and will be a great tool for real estate buyers to utilize. I’ve been in real estate for 14 years. With anything in life, experience is your best teacher,” Matthews said.
