FAMU losses to SCSU 27-20

The Florida A&M football team fell short in a nail biting 27-20 overtime loss to the South Carolina State Bulldogs on Saturday night.

The seven point loss marks the third time this season that the Rattlers have fallen short by a touchdown with a chance to tie or win the game as time expired.

The Rattlers accumulated 365 total rushing yards in the game but special teams mishaps and two untimely fumbles proved to be the difference.

The FAMU football team has a bye week next week as they prepare to take on the North Carolina A&T Aggies November 3rd in Greensboro, NC.
