Thunderstorms are extremely likely for the rest of this week, according to the National Weather Service. Florida A&M PD announced midday Tuesday a severe thunderstorm watch for Leon County until later this evening.
Residents can expect thunderstorms in the afternoon and into the evening. NWS also predicts thunderstorms after midnight Tuesday.
For the next three days, the likelihood of thunderstorms ranges from 20 percent to 50 percent.
