Notedy activist Angela Davis Thursday called for greater response to violence against women and increased protection for marginalized communities. The former Black Panther was speaking to a full house at Florida A&M’s Lee Hall where she delivered the final presentation of a week of Women’s History Month-themed events, dubbed “Young, Black and Gifted.”
