Tyler Perry’s “The Have and The Have Nots” play is showing at the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center next week in a one-night only showing.
“The Have and The Have Nots” is scheduled to be at the T-LCCC Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 7:30 p.m. when its 20-city tour stops in Tallahassee.
Perry’s extraordinary cast features Palmer E. Williams, Jr., Patrice Lovely, Tony Hightower, Alexis Jones, Maurice Lauchner, Jeffery Lewis and Kislyck Halsey. The play will be brought to life through witty lines and new music.
“The Have and The Have Nots” is a comical and powerful story about a wealthy family whose eyes are opened when their housekeeper, Rose, comes to them for help. Their lives will be changed when they see the reality of just how people less fortunate than them truly live. While attempting to help her family, they realize just who needed the saving.
