A Florida children’s charity will this weekend host a tennis tournament at Florida A&M intended to shed light on the decline in foster families available to needy youth.
The One Church One Child of Florida, Inc. is working alongside other child-centric organizations to hold the two-day tournament this Saturday and Sunday. “It is open to all levels of tennis players,” according to a press statement from organizers. “Anyone who is interested in tennis, or would like to watch some of Tallahassee’s best players, please attend.”
One Church One Child plans to host a press conference tomorrow as a prelude to the event.
