It was announced on Sunday at all three 2009 Commencement Ceremonies that Gallop Franklin was the new student body president and the newest board of trustee member. Franklin also participated in his first board of trustee meeting held Monday. The meeting was centered around tuition and fee increases. Check out the Tuition Increase story for his comments.
