Bill Clinton, Kendrick Meek, and Soledad O’Brien to speak at 2009 Spring Commencement

Former President Bill Clinton is one of the speakers to give a final word of advice to graduates for the Spring 2009 Commencement on May 3.

Graduation will be held in the new Multipurpose Center Teaching Gymnasium and will be broken into three sessions with the first starting at 9 a.m.

Clinton will speak at the first session which includes students from the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Law, the School of Architectiure and Environmental Sciences Institute.

Kendrick Meek will speak at the second session, which starts at 2 p.m. with students from the College of Pharmacy and Pharmacuetical Sciences, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, School of Allied Health Sciences and the School of Nursing.

The speaker of the final commencement ceremony at 6 p.m. will be CNN reporter, Soledad O’Brien. She will offer a word of advice to the students of the School of Business and Industry, the College of Engineering Sciences, Technology and Agriculture, College of Education and the School of Journalism and Graphic Communication.
