Franklin and Ardis lose case against Electoral Commission

After a lengthy deliberation, Supreme Court justices ruled against Gallop Franklin and Dominick Ar’dis in their case against the Electoral Commission.

Justices announced their ruling shortly before 3 a.m. in the Senate Chambers. The verdict was 3-2 in favor of the Electoral Commission.

The case stemmed from alleged voting inconsistencies in the spring election, which were held in February.
