SoftballAfter dropping a double header to Jacksonville University on Tuesday the Lady Rattlers softball losing streak reached four games.
The Rattlers last tasted victory March 24 when FAMU defeated Winston-Salem in a double header.
During the four-game skid the Lady Rattlers have been outscored 32 to 11.
All Academic Team
Congratulations to the 44 FAMU student-athletes that were named to the MEAC All-Academic Team.
The MEAC recognizes the 24 men and 20 women athletes who maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The MEAC announced the 2007 Commissioners All Academic Team Tuesday.
Men’s GolfThe men’s golf team is bringing home more then just clubs. Just last week the team brought home the SCSU Bulldog Classic title. The men shot a two-day total of 597, sweeping away host South Carolina State University 610. The team also finished at the helm of the 2007 FAMU Spring Invitational Tournament at the Killearn Country Club.
