The Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will be awarding the Lawanda Renee Henry scholarship to two students during the annual Night Out for Breast Cancer event on Oct. 31. Applicants re required to write a one page essay discussing the impact of breast and prostate cancer and how young adults can prevent cancer and make others aware.
