I was made aware that there is an employee in the university’s controller’s office by the name of Freddie Lee Benjamin, Jr. There is also a man by the name of Freddie Lee Benjamin, Jr listed as a Florida Sex Offender. Could this be a case of mistaken identify or is FAMU allowing sex offenders to have contact with it’s students?
