NCAA narrows field to ‘Final Four’

The tournament has been a little rocky; there are only two no. 1 seeds left: Illinois and North Carolina.

There were teams still left in the elite eight that many people thought would not succeed like: West Virginia and Wisconsin. Louisville barely escaped UWV Saturday night with a 93-85 overtime win over the no. 7 seed Mountaineers, who hit a school record 18 3-pointers. Wisconsin almost became the third team from the Big 10 to make the make the Final Four . But the Badgers couln’t survive a 14-0 run by UNC, as the Tar Heels pulled away 88-82 Sunday. Illinois, UNC, Louisville and Michigan State will begin competing for the NCAA championship on Saturday in St. Louis.
