After 29 years of service, Dean Robert Ruggles is resigning, according to Larry Robinson, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Ruggles of the Journalism and Graphic Communications School declined to comment on the situation Thursday evening, but according to Robinson, Ruggles had been planning to resign for at least a couple of days. The reasons behind the veteran’s dean resignation are unknown. However, according to numerous sources, he is scheduled to make his announcement this morning around 9:30.
