Hello,I called a few days ago to ask about ad prices in the Famuan. I am with the local group Tallahassee Network for Justice and Peace, and we are considering taking out an ad in your paper. We are also wondering if you are interested in running a story about our local efforts to stop country’s decent into another needless overseas war that has no good ending. You could either interview a few of us (we do a regular “Witness for Peace” out in front of the old Capitol), or we could write a piece and submit it to you. As far as I know, we are the only organized local group that is actively opposing the war-mongering position of our President, a position that we feel actually increases the long-term risk of future terrorist attack against our country.
