Old Fashion Game Day

Walk-A-Ware

The FAMU chapter of NAACP will hold an STD/HIV awareness walk from the Leon County Civic Center to the FAMU Intramual field on March 23 from 8 a.m. -noon. There will be lots of food and special presentations from Delta Sigma Theta, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sororities, and Phi Beta Sigma and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternities. Model United Nations Conference

The office of International Programs and the Model United Nations association wil be sponsoring a Model United Nations conference and exposition in conjunction with International Awareness week. This conference is a one day event, April 12, from 11 a.m. -5 p.m., is open to all faculty, students and members of the community. MCAT and GRE changes workshop

Kaplan Test prep are hosting free seminars on Medical school admissions and MCAT changes as well as the GRE for Graduate school applicants. The seminar will be held on March 27 at 4 p.m. at the Kaplan Educational Center located at 675-1 W. Jefferson St. This is an free event and is open to the public, but space is limited. Essence of the Arts Talent showcase

Tickets for the showcase will be on sale at the ticket booth in front of the old Cafeteria until the day of the event on April 1, starting at 112:30 a.m. The talent show will feature FAMU students expressing their talents through dance, poetry, singing, and rap.
