The Ocean’s Cry

As you see my face do you see my heart The crying of the doves Are your lips upon the mouth of pain or the love of your life Do you hear my words I meditate and listen but awhile I am the child with the lonely flower Growing is but a process and living with you is but endurance The ocean is beyond my horizon and the sand is over my feet I tremble and cry for you yet it is silent Quiet and you will hear the cry of the ocean Weeping and loving the remembrance of you As I rise from your arms the violin plays the song of the past And the music sleeps with the dream of the beautiful voice of you I will no longer wait for I am the girl of the ocean̢۪s cry
